Emperor Cruises offers 02 Signature Suites on the main deck: Do Son Suite and Lak Lake Suite. Both of these suites are spacious with their private balcony offering spectacular sea views. The room size is 43 sqm and includes twin beds or double beds for couples and families. The suites are decorated in Indochine style with wooden floors and fully-equipped furniture. Besides, the bathroom fits for royalty with shower and jacuzzi bathtub. When you are relaxing in the bathtub, the ocean views of the bay can be seen from the window of the bathroom.
With this class of cabin, you can choose Nha Trang Suite, Da Lat Suite, Vung Tau Suite, and Hue Suite on the main deck and upper deck. These cabins own space of 50 sqm each and with ocean views both sides and a private balcony. Like other suites, all suites of state class have double beds or twin beds on request (extra beds are available on request).

The Heritage Spa on the upper deck is inspired by the royal spa of the Nguyen Dynasty – one of the most long-lasting dynasties in Vietnam’s history. The Heritage Spa offers a range of royal treatments including foot massage, body massage, head, back & shoulder massage, and special body massage with stone. Please note that the opening time is from 08.00 am to 11.00 pm every day, and the final book is at 10.00 pm.
In Vietnamese history, Bao Dai, the last king of the Nguyen Dynasty, had had his own library from 1923. Inspired by this event, Bai Dai Library on Emperor Cruise takes the responsibility of storing the royal books and precious documents to help readers understand the last dynasty of Vietnam. Fitness on the upper deck opens in the early morning. If you have a regular schedule in the gym, you can continue to do it on Emperor Cruise. This time is very special that you can do a gym while watching the beautiful sunrise over Bai Tu Long Bay. Our fitness center is equipped with modern facilities to energize you in the morning. Additionally, you can book for a sauna and jacuzzi on the same deck for relaxing and admiring the primitive beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.
The upper deck is the place of spectacular views and entertainment services including the Kids’ Club. If you are on a family holiday with kids, do not forget to bring them to this club where they can have experiences with the colors, sounds, and stunning views of the bay. While your kids are enjoying their time with exciting & safe activities at the club under our team’s observation, you can spend your own time for other outboard activities to discover the caves and farms in Bai Tu Long Bay.
The Panorama Restaurant, Lounge and Bar is a spacious space on the sundeck where you can take in the breathtaking views of the bay even in the daylight or night time. During your time on Emperor Cruise, you can choose to have breakfast or dinner at the inside or outside of Panorama Restaurant. Moreover, we will introduce the traditional art of Vietnamese tea during a sunset party on the sundeck in the afternoon. The bar is also next to the restaurant, so you can choose many types of drinks such as wine, beer, cocktails, or soft drinks for your meals or your relaxing time on the sundeck at night.
8.00: Pick-up service
You will be picked up at your hotel lobby in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Please wait for the tour guide and driver at the lobby at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time.
After that, we depart to Halong Bay by a comfortable shuttle bus. It is noted that the transfer from Hanoi to Halong is optional. In case, you go to Halong Bay by your own transport or from other places (not Hanoi), the meeting point is the waiting house of the Emperor Cruises at Halong International Cruise Port.
It takes about 3.5 hours to get Halong Bay from Hanoi, also, we have a short break along the way for refreshments.
12.00: Arrive at the dock
After reaching the harbor where the cruise is parking, you will do check-in first, then wait for a few minutes at the waiting lounge with other guests before boarding time.
12.30: Get on Emperor Cruises
We embark on the Emperor cruise to start our 1-night trip discovering the World Heritage Site of Halong Bay, and Bai Tu Long Bay.
Welcome boarding, you will be greeted by a welcome drink. followed by a short introduction of the cruise itinerary as well as safety information.
Located to the Northeast of Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay is now believed to be a perfect alternative choice which those travelers who want to enjoy the pristine beauty with less human influence refer to, instead of cruising in Halong Bay.
It is estimated that in Bai Tu Long Bay, there are hundreds of limestone mountain islands with many famous landmarks such as Bai Tho Mountain, Hon Con Coc, Hon Tien Ong, Hon Con Rua, Dam Oan, Hon Mat Devil, Con Co Island, Thien Canh Son Cave, Tam Cung Cave... The island system rising above the water creates a majestic and romantic scene that definitely makes the most fastidious people feel satisfactory.
13.00: Lunchtime
Lunch will be served at the Panorama Restaurant on the main deck with various Vietnamese food. Moreover, there are a variety of drinks available at the bar from beers, wines, cocktails to soft drinks, and juices (extra pay).
It is kindly noted that if you have any requests about your diet or allergy, please inform us in advance, so we can offer the customized set of the menu which is the most suitable for you.
After lunch, you will be given time for a rest in your cabin before continuing the afternoon itinerary.
14.30: Explore Thien Canh Son Cave
We will spend time exploring Hon Co Island which is one of the most favorite sites in Bai Tu Long Bay thanks for its untouched beauty. Firstly, you can go into the adventure by discovering the Co Cave (also well-known as Thien Canh Son (spectacular mountain scenery in the Heaven Cave). After passing around one hundred tough steps hidden under green foliage, you will reach the entrance of the cave leading into the amazing space with alluring stalagmites and stalactites. Going above the cave, you will get the observation deck of the island where you are rewarded by the magnificent panorama of Bai Tu Long Bay.
In addition, you also have a great chance to take a sunbathe on the white sandy beach or go swimming in the cool turquoise water.
16.30: Back to Emperor Cruises
We will be taken back to the emperor cruise by a small tender.
17.00: Kayaking and Swimming activities
There are many options for you to choose from. You can do kayaking on the calm emerald water. Otherwise, you can relax with the services available onboard like spa, massage. After that, admire the tranquil landscape of the Bay when the sun starts to set behind the mountains.
18.00: Teatime
We will attend a tea demonstration where you will be shown how to enjoy tea as an art.
18.30 - 19.00: Cooking class
Our professional chef will perform several cooking skills, then show you how to make a Vietnamese dish of spring rolls. This is a great opportunity for you to learn about Vietnamese cuisine which is featured as the harmony of “Yin and Yang”.
19.30: Dining time
In a truly stunning setting, dinner will be served with our a la carte menu with various choices.
21.00: Leisure activities onboard
After dinner, it’s your leisure time. You can try to make new friends with other people from different countries in the world by joining these activities: Movie night, playing games, singing, and dancing.
In the late evening, you can try your luck with squid fishing on board with the support from the crew members.

06.00: Morning exercises
Your new day will start by attending Vovinam class which is the authentic Vietnamese martial art on the sundeck. The morning landscape in Bai Tu Long Bay is definitely worth waking up early. You should go up to the sundeck with a cup of tea or coffee to watch the stunning sunrise over the sea while listening to the sounds of water tapping on the boat. That's what is called the "priceless moment" which is totally different from the bustling city.
6.45: Breakfast is served in the restaurant.
7.15 -7.30: Get to Vung Vieng Fishing Village by a small boat.
We reach the Vung Vieng fishing village where you have a great chance to know more about the life of fishermen whose livings depend on the Bay. You will see how local people raise fishes in the tanks. Moreover, the Vung Vieng is also famous for pearl growing farms that are able to produce high-quality pearl jewelry in Vietnam. After visiting the fishing village, we will come back to Emperor Cruises by a tender.
8.30: We will be back on the cruise to relax.
9.30: Check-out the cabin
It's time for cabin check-out. Please prepare your luggage then leave it in front of the door or the reception area so that our staff can help you to transfer them to the harbor. Moreover, don't forget to return the room key to the receptionists.
9.45 - 10.30: Brunch time
Early lunch will be served on board before you leave the cruise.
11.00: Return the dock
We get back at the Emperor Cruises dock. It's time to say goodbye to the crew members to disembark the cruise.
The shuttle bus will pick you up, then escort you back to Hanoi. Our overnight trip to Bai Tu Long Bay with the Emperor cruises ends here.

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance.
