Located on the first deck of the cruise in a space of 40 square meters, each Ocean Suite Balcony is set up with a double bed (1.81m x 2.1m) for a couple or 2 twin beds (1.1m x 2.0m) for 2 friends traveling together. The cabin is fully equipped with a private balcony where you can relax among the marvelous view of the bay and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, bathtub and high-quality amenities. If you are traveling with a bigger group or a family of 4, you can also stay in 2 Ocean Suite Balcony cabins connected by an internal door which offers you an extremely spacious area of 80 square meters and still a privacy when the door is locked.
Covering a space of 45 square meters on the upper deck, the Elegance Suite Balcony cabins are well furnished with double beds (1.8m x 2.0m), floor-to-ceiling windows with daylight floods in, a private balcony with gorgeous scenery. Your private balcony is in a specially designed connection with an en-suite ocean-view bathroom; high-quality amenities are always available. This cabin type also offers you an option of larger accommodation with the total space of 90 square meters through a Connecting Door just like the Ocean Suite Connecting Door. Owning the same location, facilities, and size as of the Ocean Suite Balcony but featuring a twin bed (0.9m x 1.3m) and double bed (1.8m x 2.1m), each Ocean Suite Triple is a perfect choice for a family or group of 3 with a limited budget.
Also situated on the second deck of the cruise, the Elegance Family Balcony is the largest cabin onboard with the space of 70 square meters. Each cabin is furnished with a double bed (1.8m x 2.0m) and two twin beds (1.1m x 2.0m). The cabin will satisfy you with an absolute feeling of being at home with a playground for your little kids or watching movies on the flat-screen HD TV together.
Being on the same deck with the Elegance Suite but in a quieter area, Mon Chéri Suite Terrace is a good choice for a couple seeking for the infinite passion with a King-size bed (2.0m x 2.2m) in a cozy ambiance of hardwood floors and classically elegant interiors. The cabin features a sun terrace of 14 square meters with sunbathing beds for you to lay down in the sunlight. The terrace is in a wise connection with an en-suite bathroom, glass-enclosed shower, Jacuzzi, and high-quality amenities. All are perfectly covered in a space of 55 square meters.
President Suite Terrace is the best highlight of the Mon Chéri Cruise. The room comes with a King-size charming bed (2.0m x 2.2m) and a separated luxurious living room with a superior sofa, supported with fuzzy cushions. Cruising with Mon Chéri, no special meal has to be skipped. Even if you do not eat Halal food, you can also try this menu.
9:00 - 9:30: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
12:00: Arrive at our private waiting lounge in Got pier, Hai Phong city.
12:30: Embark Mon Chéri Cruise. First welcome you onboard is our happy crew, followed by a drink and a cold towel. Take a seat at the restaurant for a cruise briefing and safety instructions before checking in to your cabin. This is also where you have your first lunch onboard.
15:30: The first stop is Bright Cave. You are free to do kayaking or bamboo boat rowed by local people here. After that is time for swimming near the Mon Chéri Cruises.
17:30: Return to the Mon Chéri Cruise for a complimentary sunset party on the top deck followed by a cooking demonstration.
19:00: A great dinner awaits you at our luxurious restaurant.
After that is your free time to enjoy your vacation on the boat, before getting into your cabin for a good dream.

6:00: Begin your new day with Tai Chi session or watch the sunrise on the sundeck.
7:00: Buffet breakfast served to you at the restaurant will bring you energy for an active day.
8:40: Visit Cat Ba island then transfer by bus to visit one of the most beautiful caves in Cat Ba National Park, Trung Trang Cave.
10:30: Return the boat, pack your luggage and check out the cabin. Take a seat at the luxury restaurant for brunch while the boat is cruising back to the pier.
11:30: Disembark the Mon Chéri Cruise. Get on the transfer to Hanoi.
14:30: Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 31 days prior to check-in: Free of charge
• From 31 to 13 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 12 to 5 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance.
