After the show, participants will have the chance to try making egg coffee and fruit spring rolls with the help of friendly staff at Hidden Gem Cafe & Pub.

To take a deeper dive into the cuisine of Hanoi City, we will take you to 7-10 places that are authentic and well-known to local people, we choose the dishes and locations based on our personal recommendations along with your preferred diets.

When eating at these streetside eateries and authentic restaurants from our picks, you are guaranteed to experience not just the food but the history of the locals, where each family has its own special delicacies and unique dishes that are part of their heirlooms.

21:00 (9 PM): We end our tour by returning to Hidden Gem Cafe & Pub to enjoy the egg coffee and the night view of Hanoi. Watching over Hanoi from the high view of the cafe will surely give you the experience of a lifetime.
