Our terrace suite is allocated on the first and second deck of the cruise with the total square over 60m2, includes cabin space (46m2), en-suite bathroom (9m2) and private sunbath room (9m2). This suite appropriate for family or group of friends who has a narrow budget but still want to experience luxurious and premium services. The cabin space is furnished with twin beds with size 1.1m x 2m for each one, and easily convert to couple bed with size 2.2m x 2m. With a private sun terrace, you can relax and enjoy with a special cocktail on the sunbathing bed. In the bathroom, all the most modern and amenity equipment are provided to you with standing shower, jacuzzi bathtub and all toiletries and moreover extra services.

09:00 – 09:30: You will be collected from your hotel in Hanoi and convey you to Hai Phong at approximately 11:30 am.
12:00: We will welcome you onboard with a complimentary drink. 15:00: Take you through the Cua Van area to Lan Ha Bay (part of Ha Long Bay). Lan Ha is stunning with their pristine, snow-white beaches and 300 or so karst islands and limestone outcrops. Travelers can explore Ba Trai Dao beach via kayaks or immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters.

7:30 - 9:15: The last stage of your trip is to be taken through the mysterious caves and amongst the remote islets via local rowing boats. 09:30: Check out of your cabin. Following this, enjoy a final early brunch and a last farewell from our crew at.
11:30: Board our transfer boat and head back to the wharf where you will be met by your return trip vehicle to transfer you to Hanoi.

• From 31 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 8 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance.
