At 08.00 AM our guide and car will pick you up and then transfer you directly to Bana Hills. Later transfer to Hoian Ancient Town with Japanese Bridge: These only remains of Japanese culture are now considered as a symbol of Hoian.

Morning transfer without guide to Danang Airport to take your morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City – Flight not included.

Tourists will be welcomed by tour guides and drivers at Ho Chi Minh airport. Then we will start the Cu Chi Tunnels tour. The Cu Chi Tunnels are a vast network of interconnected tunnels near Saigon, part of a much larger network that lies beneath much of the country.

This tour of Cu Chi Tunnels led by a dedicated tour guide from Vietnam Travels will help you better understand the history of Vietnam, the hardships of life underground, and the resilience of its people in combat.

The tunnels were originally built and used by Viet Cong guerrillas as hideouts to protect them from French air and ground raids. They were later used as communication routes, warehouses, hospitals, and accommodation for guerrilla fighters during the Vietnam-American War.

Visitors will be able to enter a part of the tunnel to witness firsthand the secrets hidden behind it. Our tour guide will also show you various traps used from this period, the remains of an American tank, and countless B52 bomb craters.

In addition, during the Cu Chi tunnels tour, visitors also have the opportunity to test shooting M60, M16, or AK47 rifles at a distance next to the tunnel complex.

08.30 am: Vietnam Travels tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and drive 1.5 hours to My Tho (Driver will stop along the way for tourists to refresh and clean). Upon arrival, we boarded a motorboat and cruised along the vast network of canals to enjoy wonderful views of the Mekong River, including the four famous islands “Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix”.

Here we will stop at one of the houses where people raise freshwater fish and shrimp - the main export products of the region. Crossing the river to the other side, visitors will stop at a traditional workshop to witness the step-by-step process of how to make coconut candy, raise bees for honey, and more.

Meanwhile, visitors will also be able to try their hand at making and listening to traditional local music. Then we will enjoy the peaceful countryside space by rowing a sampan along the shady, windy canal.

Finally, we will switch to local transportation called Xe Loi to travel around the villages. Lunch will be served at the riverside restaurant with a 5-course Vietnamese menu. After lunch, relax and board the motorboat to return to My Tho. Then you will move from My Tho back to Ho Chi Minh City.
